The gingersnaps from yesterday get even better with time! I totally bribed our doorman with some to push through our maintenance request for a broken electrical plug. It was fixed when I got home. I also took this cool picture.
OMG, I am so going to try these, Cricket. I have to go check & see if I have ground ginger. If not, I'm getting it this week! I could really go for a few of these and a tall glass of fresh, cold, bubbly milk right about now! They look totally yummy!
