I made my meatball recipe with turkey tonight and it wasn't half bad. A little on the dry side and they sucked up a TON of sauce. I have to pick up another jar so we can finish them tomorrow. I did add a bunch of red pepper flakes to the mix so it had a nice zip to it.....but it didn't beat the original beef meatballs.
