Meatball SubsThe key is to turn the roll into garlic toast. It gives it a nice little crunch and a punch of flavor. You can also scoop out some of the bread so your meatballs are nicely cradled by the bread. Instead of parmesan we topped them off with shredded smoked gouda. Faaaaancy!
