Snow Day Steak

I had another snow day today. At this point it's not even that fun. However it did give me the opportunity to marinate these super on sale steaks that I picked up last week.

Steak Marinade

Ingredients:

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
2 teaspoons minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste

A good splash of olive oil

Directions:

1. Mix it all together and throw in your meat!
